• Are you located in the United States?

Yes, our warehouse and fulfillment facility is in Anaheim, California.

• Are your products USA made?

Our apparel is printed and/or embroidered in the United States. We purchase all of our supplies and materials from local businesses in California and other surrounding states.

• What payment methods do you accept?

We Accept all major debit/credit cards, Venmo, and Apple Pay.

• What is the refund process?

Please contact our support team at support@fallandrise.com

Once you receive your items, you have 7 days from the delivery date to evaluate your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your items, we will have you ship the items back to us.

Once we receive your items, if they are in new/unused condition we will issue you a refund.

• Do your sizes run small, or are they true to U.S. sizes?
